Il Tridente Positano is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004, and subsequent amendments. This accessibility statement applies to the iltridentepositano.com website.
Compliance status
⚠ Partially compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.
Content not accessible
The contents listed below are not accessible for the reasons indicated.
a) Failure to comply with Law 9 January 2004, n. 4
Empty Headings (3 errors): There are 3 header elements with no visible text. Empty headings create confusion when navigating with screen readers, which may announce sections without meaningful content.
Insufficient color contrast (4 errors): 4 elements have a text-to-background contrast ratio lower than the minimum of 4.5:1 required by WCAG criterion 2.1 – 1.4.3. This makes the text difficult to read for users with visual impairments.
Suspicious alt text (1 warning): An image has a potentially non-descriptive or redundant alt attribute, which may not properly convey the visual content to blind users.
Redundant links (2 warnings): Two adjacent links point to the same destination. This can create unnecessary navigation for those using screen readers or keyboard navigation.
Decorative Images (12 items): Several images are correctly marked as decorative with a null alt attribute, however periodic review is recommended to ensure that none of them contain relevant information not otherwise communicated.
b) Disproportionate burden
At present, no exemptions are being applied for disproportionate burden pursuant to art. 3-ter of Law no. 9 January 2004. 4.
c) Content not falling within the scope of applicable legislation
Any third-party content integrated into the site (external booking widgets, maps, social plugins) may not be fully accessible. Such content is beyond the direct control of the provider.
